Stephen A. Borg is President of North Jersey Media Group and publisher of The Record, the Herald News, more than 40 community newspapers and a family of glossy magazines, including (201) and The Parent Paper. All of the publications contribute breaking news, features, columns and local information to northjersey.com.

He is the fourth generation of his family to lead the company. Borg is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Columbia Business School.

It subsequently put together a company that now publishes two daily newspapers -- with a combined circulation of 135,000, Monday-Saturday, and 175,000, Sundays -- and 45 weekly newspapers.
