Stephen A. Borg is President of North Jersey Media Group and publisher of The Record, the Herald News, more than 40 community newspapers and a family of glossy magazines, including (201) and The Parent Paper. All of the publications contribute breaking news, features, columns and local information to northjersey.com.
He is the fourth generation of his family to lead the company. Borg is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Columbia Business School.

Stephen Borg grew up in a newspaper family. He believes his newspapers make a difference in Northern New Jersey, but he is still baffled by the two-thirds of his community who do not subscribe to The (Bergen) Record.
